CATALOGUE FRAMEWORK
How the catalogue is organised
The Vencilla catalogue is structured around two product classes, active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished dosage forms, connected to molecules, therapeutic areas, dosage forms and markets.
PRODUCT CLASSES
Two product classes
Each product record will belong to one class. Listing a class does not indicate that any specific product is currently available.
ACTIVE PHARMACEUTICAL INGREDIENTS (APIs)
Active substances sourced as ingredients for pharmaceutical manufacturing. A record will identify the molecule and its form, together with the documentation types associated with the source.
FINISHED DOSAGE FORMS (FDFs)
Finished pharmaceutical products such as tablets, capsules, injections or oral liquids. A record will identify the molecule, dosage form, release type and strengths.
PRODUCT RECORDS
What a published product record will show
Product records will present neutral technical information. Supplier identities are not published without permission, and pricing is not published.
